• A non-returnable deposit is due before any work commences.
• The website must be hosted with Cyberfrog Design.
• The instalment plan runs for 12 months.
• Payments are to be made on the first day of the month for the duration of your Agreement with Cyberfrog Design*.
• The first instalment is due on the first day of the month following the completion of the website and launch onto a testing server (e.g. if your site is launched onto a testing server on 15th February the first instalment is due on 1st March).
• Payments are made via the safe and secure online direct debit gateway GoCardless. You will receive an instruction by email from Cyberfrog Design to agree to, and set up, a direct debit for the agreed amount.
• Hosting fees, domain renewal and other optional extras, if applicable, are separate charges, not part of this instalment package and are invoiced separately.
• Payment of the deposit indicates that you agree to these terms and conditions.

* Failure to pay the instalments for agreed the period could result in your website being suspended until payments have resumed or the total equivalent remaining sum has been made.
